Build a Chicken Shed

Well today I was out helping build a chicken shed...or is it a rabbit shed...

Yes, indeed, my husband corralled me this morning to help put the trusses up on the shed he has been building to house our daughter's rabbits and chickens. Interesting job in the cold wind.

It has been quite a task, since he is building it on an existing, extremely crooked cement slab. But with the help of our son, who has learned framing from his uncle, they have figured out a way to get it level enough to actually make it work. After all, it's only a rabbit and chicken shed.

But I think the whole project might have been easier if they had had some shed plans in their hands. Although I'm not sure anyone has had the foresight to design shed plans for a rabbit/chicken shed. :)
